Growing up in a Rodriguan/Mauritian family, food has always been an important part of my heritage. From a young age, I always loved to try out new things in the kitchen with my Mum, this is where my interest in food began.

I started experimenting with cakes and found a love for baking and specially creating fondant sugar cookies.

I took a long break from baking when I had my son who has re-ignited my passion as I want to be more present with my little family, and baking allows me to do just that.
